The origin

Veldred House was established in 2026 with a mission to cut through the emptiness of modern communication, giving a home to work that resonates and sustains, long after the last page has turned.

The practice

We're beginning with intention, not volume. Selecting books for what they have to say, not how quickly we can bring them to market. Each book deserves to exist on its own merit.

The future

The vision is expansive, but the timeline is patient. We're building Veldred House at a pace that ensures every title gets the attention it deserves. The right book reaching the right person at the right time matters more than speed.

Amelia is an experienced digital marketer with 15 years in B2B marketing, specialising in social media governance and strategy, and digital campaign management.

She is the author of Antisocial Social Media: For Professionals Who'd Rather Not and owner of Veldred House. You can find out more about the Antisocial Social Media framework through her Substack.

When she's not working or writing, you can find her testing hot sauce recipes, on the allotment, or at her local Toastmasters club.
